2. Services

LangOneTalk offers language practice matching and session planning services ("Services"). These include one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and custom session planning tailored to your goals.

3. Info Products

LangOneTalk may offer digital materials, such as e-guides, templates, and instructional videos ("Info Products"). Access to Info Products is granted upon purchase.

4. Goods

From time to time, LangOneTalk may sell physical items ("Goods"), such as workbooks or branded materials.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for Services, Info Products, and Goods must be settled at the time of purchase. We accept payments by credit or debit card. Charges are processed in the currency displayed on the checkout page.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for a scheduled session up to 24 hours before the start time. To request a refund, please submit a request via our contact form with your session details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

6.2 Info Products

Due to the digital nature of Info Products, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues obtaining or using digital materials, please reach out via our contact form for assistance.

6.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in original condition. To initiate a send-back request, please contact us via our contact form with your order number. Approved send-back requests will be processed within 10 business days and a reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Non-Refundable Services

Certain personalized offerings, such as bespoke curriculum design or intensive one-on-one coaching packages, involve dedicated resource allocation and are explicitly non-refundable. These services are clearly marked during purchase and justified by the preparatory work and tutor commitment required.

8. Session Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled without extra charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. To reschedule, please contact us via our contact form with your booking details. Late rescheduling requests may incur a fee or be declined.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on LangOneTalk.pro. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
